Marvellous and stunning location, short walk from Simple Gift Shop. Bright and quiet rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

The standard room had basic facilities you need, an electronic key card, a multi-channel television and a writing desk. Great service, although a few employees were extremely unfriendly.
Views were shocking.

The hotel is in an excellent location central to the all the main attractions in an attractive plaza. It is a short walk from the main station and the metro line to the airport and port (Lines 3 and 5) are also a short walk away. Buffet breakfast was included during our stay and there was a good selection of pastries, cereals, fruit and drinks. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very welcome as it was very hot weather during our stay there. The staff made us feel very welcome.
The sound of people walking along the corridor at night was loud - probably due to the type of flooring.

The hotel staff were really friendly and recommended two outstanding restuarants for us. We had two rooms booked and they accommodated us when we arrived to put us on the same floor, (when it wasn't orginally). The staff had really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Free wifi was a bonus. Location was great.
The corridors can be a little noisy sometimes.

Only the location. The nighttime front desk staff were helpful. There are vending machines on the first floor.
The daytime front staff made it feel like it was an inconvenience to help you. When we first got in, we had to wait for the front desk guy to finish off a conversation with a friend before he decided to greet us. The room didn't feel fresh, it smelled kind of musty. The AC in the room took a long time to cool. The tub had ants. The hostal was dark. The breakfast buffet was not very good.

Great location. Good breakfast. Nice personel. We arrived at 10.00hr in the morning. We had to wait 15 min but then we could go already in a nice clean room on the 8th floor with balcony. Very very nice.

It's tedious when housekeeping barges in without knocking, catching you off guard. A kettle in the room would be a nice touch for a quick coffee fix whenever!!!

I wne t for the Festival Las Fallas in Valencia. The hotel was right in the thick of things and very central. The hotel really suited the festival context as they served breakfast till 11am and were used to guesats coming in at all hours. I had a room on the inside of the hotel, on a light well. Whilst this did not have views it meant that sleep was possible during thew loud firework festival. I was very comfortable there.
